Zupas is typically quite busy, but the staff is prompt and attentive. If there happens to be a mistake, they resolve it quickly. The food is excellent, and the portion sizes provide great value for the price.
The food was delicious, and I would definitely order it again. However, the strawberry cream dessert was just okay—nothing special. The other dishes were much better.
The food is consistently excellent, but the wait time is a bit longer than I would prefer.
