Cold Stone Creamery - Ogden

Probably the best location for a cold stone and chocolate shop, right in the smack dab middle of the historic section of 25th street. Staff were nice and mixed in the chocolate brownie like Chef Ramsey, with lots of fancy motions that likely added to the flavor.

Very friendly staff with a nice clean location! Nice place to stop on 25th! Also love the selection of chocolates and sweets in addition to the ice cream.

Their Midnight Delight has become our staple ice cream cake for all of our birthday party's. We got the biggest cake they offer and had more than enough to go around for a party of 30. I love that they offer candles at their store! Came in handy, in a crunch! My go to cake spot. Everyone loves this cake!

Ice cream is good, service was terrible. Went with two friends on 10/18 after work around 6. There were three workers and only a couple ahead of us. They never acknowledged us and took them 15 minutes to make the couple 's order and then had us wait another 7-8 minutes before finally saying what can I get you (Not even a sorry for the wait or a hello! We will get to you as soon as we can before this 22-23 min wait. It was pretty ridiculous. I 've worked at Coldstone before and customer service used to be a big emphasis but maybe not now in 2023....Don 't care to come back here again! Go to the other ice cream spots.

Excellent ice cream, and great service. The employees when I went were awesome, especially Jaydin K. (Who was patient with those of us new to Coldstone, and was still efficient too). I highly recommend.
