After waiting for time given and seeing that all who came after me get their pizza I asked about mine. He said they'd sit there for 15-20 minutes because they didn't have a ticket. Is there no process when customers wait and an order is missing a ticket? Then he came with me when I asked if they were hot. In the time I sat and waited, the boy took a drink at the counter and went out the door (I suppose to break) and left a line of people at the counter and no one in the registers. I went with 2 cold pizzas after waiting for nothing and the attitude from the staff.
Last Thursday I came in to get a ?hot and ready? Cheese pizza. They were out and told me it was a 20-minute waiting period, which was good to get a fresh pizza. What was not good to us that I observed that several people came after me and order a cheese pizza that was immediately made available to their pizza. When the manager finally recognized me at the switch and asked the status of my order, he could not even find the order. I waited 35 minutes in the store. You have to make hot and finished pizza, as they are always busy. They also need to find out how to manage their orders if they run out. The worst is the pizza.
If you order and want it to expect a long waiting period. Every time my door the person always panic and consistent texts me to let me know?s will be longer than they appreciated on the app. The location is always quite packed. I think the pizza is good for what Little Caesars is. I don't ever remember getting a bad batch from this place and we order weekly and honest when it was?t good it wouldn't be as packed as it is daily.
This place is downhill. In recent months, our pickup orders from the app were always at least 15-20 minutes late. Our pizza was also consistently undercooked and badly cut, as shown in the picture. Look, I know that many places have suffered shortages and supply chain problems, but that should still not be an excuse for questions of food quality. I am surprised that the health department has not closed this site. If you? back to overwhelmed with customers, why not consider adding a new location in the west of this store? Just to say. On another note, employees were always friendly and accommodating. That's the only thing that keeps it above a star.
Honestly, I know everyone has had issues here in the past. And the wait times are crazy during lunch and dinner rushes. But I've worked the food industry before so I know how crazy it gets. But for my review, I ordered online a few days ago, and picked up from the pizza portal. Got home to find my order was not correct, ordered a 3 meat deep dish for my mom and opened the box to find a deep dish pepperoni, that was cold. And the regular pepperoni was a little undercooked in the center. Tried calling multiple times to find out if it could be fixed with no answer. An employee answered once and then hung up. Called 12th Street and got in contact with a manager there and explained the situation. He gave my information and order number to the gm Christine and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a coupon to replace the whole meal free and even threw in a couple crazy breads. She was super helpful and very nice. I think everyone should take a step back and try to remember to be friendly to others no matter what happens. Wasn't the best experience to begin with, but the end result was very good. Thanks Christine!
