Twisted Sugar - Ogden

Prices keep going up, while quality and service keeps going down. We like the cookies, but lately barely any chocolate chips in them, or frosting. I love the piña colada ice cream twister, when they actually put effort to make it. Every time I get one it tastes different. Lately it hasn’t tasted as good as before. It’s not as creamy and it has a strange after taste that leaves your tongue tingling. It seems like they stopped putting ice cream in it. It shouldn’t be called an ice cream twister if it doesn’t have ice cream. We may just stop coming here.

Wouldn’t suggest this location. Not only do they no longer accept gift cards (that were bought at their location), but they are very unprofessional and rude to their employees. I’m very disappointed in the way the server was treated (by who I’m assuming is the owner) as he was helping me. The cookies were good!! But all I can think about now is how much I want to go back and give that poor server a big tip (not to be shared with his boss) and a big hug!! My hope is that the owner is able to see this and think twice about the way she is treating her teenage employees.

My sister and I went to twisted sugar to get some cookies for the family. We were being served by a younger employee and as he spoke to us his manager across the room was micromanaging him and getting mad at him for the smallest things. We appreciate his service but we do not appreciate the manager's attitude towards her employees.We also had a $5 gift card bought in the last month, and now they don't accept said gift cards. How is it fair that a friend bought us this gift card then we can't use it? Where did the $5 go?I'm very unimpressed and disappointed with this business.

Cookie was good, not great, and in my opinion, a little expensive for serving size. Variety was very good as they had many flavors, a little too sweet for me but if you love cookies I'm sure you'll find one you love.

These cookies are gritty and even though served cold, the icing is wet/sweating. But we had good service here.
