Wendy's - Ogden

The chicken nuggets I received were unfortunately old and stale to the point that I had to throw them away. I couldn't even swallow the one I tried chewing. It was truly disgusting. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I know that when food is in such a condition, it should be discarded. It's really common sense. This isn’t complicated; we all need to use our better judgment. It also comes down to not being lazy. I would feel terrible serving food that stale to a customer. I’m not seeking a refund or anything like that; I just want to inform others that they should avoid this Wendy's if they're looking for decent quality food. I understand it’s fast food, but customers are still spending their hard-earned money.

This isn't my favorite Wendy's, but it's the closest one and has improved over the past few months. Unfortunately, tonight my burger looked like it had been sitting out for a while and wasn't as fresh as usual. Also, they forgot to include the sauces for my daughter's nuggets.

I had a fantastic lunch! I ordered the $5 Biggie Bag with a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, and the fries arrived hot, just as promised. Everything was prepared exactly as I requested. The tables and the entire restaurant were clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful. The food tasted amazing!

The food is always hot and fresh. The only negative thing I have to say is that they don't serve a full box of fries, I'm lucky if I get a box that is half full

Um...this was almost 5 bucks!! Bitter, burnt coffee, and 4 measly, limp French toast sticks. They didn't even fill the cup all the way up. Keep in mind I did not eat or drink anything when I took this picture. They steal your money and expect a smile and a thank you. Wendys should be ashamed and they should be called out for this horrible value in a time when people are hemorrhaging cash just for necessities. I will not go back to another Wendy's and I can't wait to see the day they close up for good.
