A warm and welcoming environment with a great staff. Relaxed atmosphere with no rush to move tables in and out. You can enjoy your experience. The Gypsy offers a creative menu. Our favorites are the haddock, shrimp margarita, and poblano pepper entrees.Great small plates as well as a variety of appetizers. Consistently great food and service. We have enjoyed The Gypsy for nearly20 years as a 'regular ' spot. Whether you dine on the porch, inside, upstairs or in the garden, whatever you order, the food andservice will not disappoint. Don 't forget dessert!

Terrible! Lackluster bread. Shrimp on a skewer appetizer was tasteless and shrimp was too small. Haddock sounded promising. It arrived at the table and the portion was a very good size. I asked to have it cooked a little more because it was still a littleraw. When waitress brought it back to me...the portion had suddenly been reduced to about 4 bites! I was mortified and angry.There was definitely something not right about this and I completely lost my appetite and didn't eat any of the sides. Waitresswas completely oblivious to my disappointment and I paid my bill and left. Never coming here again! There are way too manybetter places to eat in ogunquit...so no need to ever come here again.
