Great authentic tasty Greek food! Good service along with meal size and they do a great take away yiros. Highly recommend. Check your order before you leave if you get take away, paid for it all but didnt get it all
AWESOME service, food, entertainment. You could taste the sea in the seafood and the pork ribs just melted off the bone and in your mouth. A crazy and enjoyable night with friends. Thanks
Had our god daughters birthday dinner. The service was amazing and Gina was awesome and the food was great would be going back and recommend highly.
Worst Dinner Experience Ever My girlfriend and I were very eager on going to dinner as we have been before to the previously known ‘One Kouzina’, and thoroughly happy with the food and customer service that was provided on the night and was the reason for heading back having a similar expectation. Disappointingly it was the exact opposite of what we experienced at previously known ‘One Kouzina’ and now known and ‘Kefi’, it was the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Firstly, we had ordered two lemonades as drinks, a entree of chicken wings and the large combination souvlakia to share, understanding it was busy we assumed we would be waiting a little more then usual which would be understandable. We had ordered our food no later then 8pm to only receive our main at 9:20. Throughout this time we received our entree of chicken wings which were passable but nothing special which took around 20 25 minutes to come, which we weren’t annoyed about. It was evident that the waiter was unaware of his surroundings and he approaches us after our entree had been cleared from the table to say ‘were you wanting to look at the dessert menu’ with us replying ‘we have not received out main out’ which he went to find out where it was. After another 40 minutes our main had finally arrived and for the sum of 40 dollars it looked rather disappointing as we specifically asked for the large size of the main 3 4 times. When receiving our food we were promised a complimentary desert for waiting. our As we begin to eat our food we noticed that the pita bread was missing from the plate, my girlfriend then brought it to the waitresses attention supplied us with the pita bread after another 5 minute wait. The main problem with the dish was the meat, the meat was very rare and burnt on the outside as if it was rushed and not cooked properly (shown in provided photo), understandably we ask the waiter if it was meant to be this rare and he took the plate and want to find out if this was correct. He then came back and apologised and once again said a ‘complementary dessert’ will be provided for us. He then looked at my plate and said if I was done with it which I said yes and took both my plate full or raw meat and the plate of finished salad and potato chips, leaving us with the pita bread with no dip. This wasn’t the most disappointing part of the night. Once again waiting another 5 minutes the ‘manager’ comes to our table and, I quote ‘what’s the problem here’ in a very rude way. We started off with how long we waiter which she replied with ‘chargrilled takes 45 minutes’ which cannot be the case as we have been to several Greek restaurants and received our food in half of that time at a 100 times better quality. We said the meat was not cooked and she then replied with ‘that’s the way it comes, you should ask if you don’t want like that, everyone here loves the food’ which she then started to put us down, as customers saying we were in the wrong. We explained that mistakes were made such as the pita bread not coming out, which she replied with ‘ yeah, mistakes happen’. As this was happening I explained that I also work in hospitality and understand the annoyance of customer complaints and that I would only be saying these things for her benefit, as I am not one to make a fuss out of things. In the end she said ‘what would you like out of this’ once again putting myself and my girlfriend down like we were in the wrong and not once had she apologised throughout this conversation. We asked for some sort of discount for the trouble that was caused and she walked off to she ‘what she could do’. 5 minutes later she comes back and offers to take off our 2 lemonades that we had ordered and not the mistakes of the food. We got up, paid for the meal and left. We will never be returning after such a disgusting night and highly recommended not going there. The food was one thing to be at fault but the customer service just topped it, especially from the managers of all people. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.
