There's nothing like the little hide away from the Hustle and bustle of a big shopping centre. Sanctuary Tea House holds a prime piece of real estate tucked away on the ground floor in the towers precinct of Westfield Marion. This tea house is beautifully layed out to maximise space but not appear to be too full, the appearance and lay out is casual, which is nice to have, makes enjoying your tea a more relaxing and soothing Now im not a tea drinker by any means but I love to see that the menu contains not just your simple pot of tea for 2. The variety of black white green and chai teas is vast indeed and it seems the owners really want to show off the origins of the teas properly. The coffee is nicely made not too bitter or over powering, but Cleary not their specialty area, and that is ok, but still an enjoyable brew none the less Food options are slim but all seem to be tasty options. It would be nice to see this little hid away perhaps make their own muffins and the like and not have competitors branded muffins on sale. A must see if shopping gets too much for you to do all at once, or you just want to enjoy somewhere nice to catch up for coffee
Great coffee. Great service. Easy access. You can often find a park out front on diagonal road
Its so sad that the Santuary Tea House had to close up at Westfield Marion. It was the only place that was quiet not so busy. The selection of different teas was great.
Lovely and not exspensive. 5 serves 2 China teas $30.
