I searched for tea because the time was empty. The food menu seems to be delicious, but the meal was done in another place, so it was nice if it was a light sweet, but the pancake system was a great volume, and it was not feeling like eating after eating. So I ordered a drink pudding for adults and a tapioca drink for children, but the drink pudding is surprisingly sweet, and on the contrary, the tapioca was a very low sweet and eventually replaced laugh I thought that it is a shop for people who eat well rather than just tea.

Good coffees that have rare flavors. Baby friendly, had some toys for distracting baby. There might be a bit of a wait.

Cozy place that could do with a sofa and a low table for atmosphere. Food was tasty (had pancake lunch and a vietnamese dish, name of which I can't remember) and extra points for very fresh coriander. Plenty of options for coffee, which might interest a coffee connoiseur. We were with a child and at lunch time we were unfortunate to be followed by a large group of customers that expanded our stay to two hours. Little one started to get cranky, but as it seems the owner is the only one handling the shop it's understandable. Okaya can be difficult town to start a new business in, so all the best for the owner. Despite busy time, service was kind and baby was taken into account. Reservations are possible it seems and there are a few games in premises if people like to play.

Cafe Hill Valley is somehow a European-style cafe. The Chef/owner speaks English very well and friendly too. The food/snacks/sweets and coffee are excellent and with reasonable prices! They had lots of coffee menu to choose from. I chose the strongest one. Car park is too small beside the restaurant maybe enough for 4 cars. But it is within the heart of the city so you can park in a shopping center nearby. Great for romantic dates, group friendly dates or alone-time dates.
