Dunkin' - Old Ellicott City

Very friendly atmosphere. Always willing to do anything to satisfy their customers.

The food is fine but service is horrible and it's not like service is expected at a dunkin. Employees were extremely rude during the addition of the self serve. No one in the store but I was given attitude because there was no sign saying we NEEDED to use the self serve. I decided to try again, and the reason this post is here is because I had to wait almost 30 minutes during a slow time just to get two easy items. If possible please go support a location that actually wants you to come back
