Kfc - Old Ellicott City

This was the worse KFC I have ever been too. The service was awful, the Fried Chicken was poorly cooked and overdone. I actually can't believe this restaurant is still open for business. I was wondering why the place was a ghost town when I drove up, now I know why. Don't pay for this food.

Refused to complete my order the way I asked for it. Acted like I was out of line for even asking to have the sauce and pickles on the side. Every other time I have asked for this at another KFC there was no issues.

This place never has chicken ready, and when it is ready they only have white meat! Granted some people like it, but the point is this happens to often!! Rt.40 location and Columbia near target.

I should have known something was wrong when there wasn’t a line and all the other places were busy. Rude employees, forgotten food, forgotten condiments. KFC… you had me with these beyond nuggets but it’s not worth the hassle and the concern the workers are not prepping your food with care.I observed both employees with their nose fully out their mask. To be in such an upscale part of town this place is not that.
