However, that is where it ended. The service was slow and of poor quality. We started with drinks which took a long time to arrive; longer than the time it took for our main entrée to arrive. We were given chips since we were told that our main entrée would take time to prepare which later we found out we were charged for. The main entrée that we ordered lacked flavor and imagination which is not like Puerto Rican food or Mexican food that it is attempting to imitate. One thing to mention is the view was beautiful but not worth the ticket. There are beautiful views all over the island.
The most beautiful view! Wonderful service. Ask for Gabriel! He is so knowledgeable, kind and fun. He made our experience many times better.
Service was amazing, as one would expect at the Vanderbilt. Food and drinks were ok nothing special, but not awful. The price tag was not commensurate with the quantity or quality of the food, even at hotel prices. Dinner for two adults and two kids was $250. we all had 2 tacos each 3 appetizers drinks (1 cocktail each for adults 1 soft drink per kid). All that being said, it was a beautiful spot right on the water.
The painting activity was very nice. Food and margaritas were great! Service was outstanding! The Manager Josean was excellent! I enjoyed a lot!
For dinner, we ordered octopus ceviche, tuna tostadas, and two different kinds of tacos at this restaurant. The portions were generous and we didn't need to order anything else. All the dishes we tried were fantastic. Although the service was a little slow, the staff was friendly. It's a great spot for a laid-back meal.
