Panera Bread - Olympia

I have visited Panera several times, mostly through the drive-thru, and almost every time I have had a good experience. However, this time I decided to dine in and was disappointed by the condition of the restaurant. There were many dirty tables and trash on the floor. Despite this, the food was delicious and the staff was attentive. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, considering it was afternoon, but when I checked my watch it was already 4pm. Overall, the food and service were good, but the appearance of the restaurant was lacking.

New in the opposite since juli 21, apologise late post! this panera 99.9% of the time, is 10 stars! to far the best panera I was already there, and I have been there for 15 years! one of the manager, shelly is excellent! very good customer service, it is always very courteous and more than willing to fix everything that appears. the journey was again a sweat when I say 99.9% of the time, again, are the best! always so friendly, friendly, real! total quality and customer service. there is another manager who is always nice! Do not remember the names. only overall this olympia panera super friendly and fresh eating and coffee?

If I could choose no stars this would be the place for it. Worst service possibly in the world. Ordered the new spicy chicken that has been advertised. Came out cold, no sauce, no pickles. Asked the manager to heat it up and he told me it’s supposed to be cold. lol definitely not. Then asked for the toppings that are supposed to be on it, had an attitude because I wanted what I ordered. Will never be back

I usually LOVE eating here!! I always get the avocado chipotle chicken sandwich, and I share it with my mother. For some reason, today when we got the sandwich the chicken was cold; not just a little bit cold, but like just pulled out of a fridge cold. Hopefully just it was just a fluke.?
