Jollibee - Omaha

It was day 6 of community quarantine. Our family of 7 including 84 y/o Pa-in-law, the piggery and the handsome hubby are doing our little part to mitigate the spread of covid19 by staying home. To give the kitchen a rest and our supplies a brief reprieve, we had dinner delivered last night. There was a bit of anxiety in day 5 when even grab was banned What we did though was call Jollibee directly and it worked . Yay!

Conveniently located in Mandaluyong's Maysilo Circle, this branch serves as one of the better, reliable fastfood options within the vicinity. It's always packed at peak hours though.

When we go to the drive-thru of this branch and order Chicken Joy, often the thigh part is not available. But good to know that when they do have thigh part, they allow all thigh parts unlike other fastfood chains that require a thigh part to be combined with a smaller part like a wing or a leg. We ordered around brunch time I think. Hopefully, Jollibee branches will stock up more on thigh parts (or whatever other part) if this is the most requested one (i.e. reason why always not available). The chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy inside and crunchy skin outside.

Happiest place in the world aside from it is near the Munisipyo it is near the dive mercy church so on sundays after mass and you want to grab some chow this is the nearest place next to chowking and Rj's bulaluhan
