Arby's - Omaha

Inept staff, tried the drive a few times, much too slow, so I went in once and the cash register was new lost and not get help from others. you have not put a new untrained person on the front line on Saturday afternoon.

I went there after a trip and we got hühnernuggets curly fries a Brat-Rinddar another Brat-Rind-Cochdar and a regular Brat-Rindwich with fries and the food was terrible. we called the manager and she said she would take care of it and she sent us a certificate for free sandwiches and pommes. we went back and they did not get the order, so we went back in the same night and the worker put the fries in the container in which it comes, and he touched them with his hands to arrange them no gloves. eating was terrible, the pommes were cold. they really need to do something about their nights, to fire them all, and new or something I never go back there ever

Have you ever? worst have you again to use bad experience gift cards for free meals and eating was worse than the first time? we ordered beef and cheddar sandwiches and there was no cheese on the sandwiches? and the layer manager has treated our eating with his mere hand? also his finger in the fries? yuk! this place does not use gloves on the hands of the pre-preparer or order filler hands and is absolutely dirty inside. I will call the office on Monday to report this particular location. I have eaten arbys sandwiches for years and this is a disgusting experience that needs to be corrected immediately! completely disgusted with this place?! will never go back to arby!

My first time at arby’s and the food was delicious! service was excellent and the food was made and me in a matter of min. I had the steakhouse deluxe burger and pommes. it was wonderful. I cleaned the bell and I'm coming back.

I waited in drive through 15 minutes for two sliders. The buns were hard and very little meat but the worse was they were cold. I was so disappointed.Food: 2/5
