Panera Bread - Omaha

I ordered hot tee even on the self-checkout system. When I serve the hot tee, the hot water was out. I asked a maid they have more hot water the answer was that I don't know! not even try to help! the sandwichbrot was hard to chew! very disappointed by this place!

It was said that it would wait 15-20 minutes because they had to do online orders. then said they had no warm bowls available. I totally ruined the lunch break from work. the atmosphere there is dark and damp. determined to simply leave and go thru a running gear thru. space was in no way attractive. I was in the past nice paneras brot.

I'll go over to the panera. I wanted to let the people know that this panera is really fun to go! the staff are so friendly and can answer all their questions. it is also very clean there and, as with any panera, eating is amazing! if they stop to breakfast or lunch or just make a pick-up service, this is their place! affordable tasty eating and a pleasant environment! yes, please!

The bagels were a little stale but that might of been the time we ordered it was around 10:30 am so after the breakfast rush). The cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese was our favorite.The sandwich my husband got was not a grwat ratio of bread to fillings so he just removed the top bun and ate it as an open faced sandwich.
