Arby's - Onalaska

Asked what was all was in the club wrap. It sounded good. I ordered a club wrap, buffalo wrap, and beef sandwich. Received a club wrap, buffalo SANDWICH and a beef sandwich. Told them I didn't order this. They told me to keep the sandwich and they'd bring out the wrap. Returned to my table and opened my club wrap to find bacon... bacon was not on the list of ingredients they rambled off when I asked. I don't eat pork. I explained that I need a beef sandwich because I don't eat bacon and even explained how I had asked what was in it and bacon was not listed. Still made me pay. Also every table was dirty, floor was sticky. Just a mess all around

What can I say...... their employees are incredibly accommodating and joyful...... worth the wait in the Drive-Thru it takes a little longer but it's good food great service and you don't get that everywhere.

Ordered beef and cheddar and got fish! Already left, but fish tasted good.

Arby's I used to love, not sure if my taste buds changed, but I didn't like the roast beef sandwich. Customer service was great though ?
