I didn't think the support of her company could be taken negatiw, but I guess I'll make him happy and stop supporting the business. terrible customer service about the inability to get an order right. smh makes it better.
Manager didn't feel kind to me not being cut off while trying to explain about an order. the order was placed in the waiting bay with a smirk on the face. never enough roasted, even if it is after extra roasted. subs always cold.
We wanted to get 4 subways tonight. the Italian bmt lacked one of the most important meat ingredients, the young man who made my chicken fillet forgot that before I remembered him. they were loosely wounded and falling apart.
Here, the subway night employees play a mini game to see how fast they can ruin a job. I didn't think it was possible to get a 4 ingredient sub wrong when I'm the only customer. Not only did there be inexperienced toppings, but there are about 3 chickens in the entire foot-long sub. I like the subway, but this is just aweful. food: 5/5 service: 1/5 atmosphere: 4/5 .more
Never ever place platter orders in this subway! Unorganised, giving away orders without making sure it’s the right people. Unapologetic, rude and never owning up to their mistakes and offering alternatives to certain issues…. walked in Friday and placed platter order to be picked up the next day Saturday @12pm AND PAID For it, turned up on Saturday at 12:40, only to be told that there was only one platter order and it was already picked up. I asked who did and the rude manager said it was some lady. I asked to see details on the order form. It’s was my details and my phone number. Then she did not even own up to her mistake for giving my order away, instead ask me to pay again to make a new one, I said I was not paying for it because it was not my mistake. She was rude as and walked away to ask the owner, and came back again only to tell me to pay so they could make another one. I told her I wasn’t paying again. I have guest waiting and she was already making it so inconvenient for my day. She did not even care. She kept on saying that I should have picked up at 12. This manager really needs to go back to learning the basics of management and customers service skills.
