Taco Bell - Opelousas

The staff were incredibly rude. We arrived 40 minutes before closing time and had to wait 30 minutes for our food. Now, we're being given disapproving looks for still being here after closing.

In a rush to reach my friend's wedding on time, I tried to scoop out some of the insides to curb my hunger, only to find crunchy, burnt pieces of steak inside. I should have anticipated the poor quality of the food based on my first impression of the place. The brick facade was damaged and crumbling, the handicapped parking sign was leaning due to being struck, and the overgrown vegetation spilled out into the parking spaces. This location really seems to need some serious attention from corporate.

Today's lunch experience was anything but pleasant. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand how challenging it can be. However, the attitude of the staff here was incredibly unfriendly towards customers. We were simply trying to place our order, yet they couldn't even manage to put on a smile for the couple of minutes it took for my grandma and me to make our selections.

This Taco Bell Location is very nice inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining area was clean the condiment area was well stocked the food was fresh hot. My only disappointment was they were out of Mt Dew, which seems not to be an uncommon thing at any Taco Bell. Taco Bell Mt Dew is addictive as much as the Tacos!!!!
