Wendy's - Opelousas

Extremely unprofessional experience. The service was very poor. I went through the drive-thru and they got my entire order wrong. The drinks were flat, and they mishandled my request for unsweetened tea. Plus, they tried to charge me for an item I never ordered.

The food was satisfactory, but the service left much to be desired. It took quite some time for anyone to attend to me at the counter, and the staff member seemed uninterested in helping. There was no ketchup in the dispenser, 75% of the drinks weren't available, and the overall cleanliness of the place was lacking. I should have just gone to Cane's down the street instead.

This Wendy's got my entire order wrong. When I asked for a grilled chicken burger with nothing else but mayonnaise and lettuce, meaning no ketchup, no pickles, and no tomatoes, I got a hamburger with everything else on it. My friend is also allergic to glutton which is flour, and he got a grilled chicken lettuce wrap with an unknown sauce. When he asked what was in it they didn't know so he decided to just wipe it off and put it aside being that some sauces have flour. I'm not saying that their food is bad but their not very great at getting an order right. Also most of their sodas weren't available.

The really need to get their messed up attitude together because I’ve left out the line before because of their attitudes. Went there today the same thing. Y’all need new employees that are going to work without the attitude. Just know I want be back. Girl at the window handing the food with a very messed up attitude. Never addressed me as a customer and never once spoke to me just handed me my food. I looked at her like to say really but if my twins wasn’t hungry and didn’t eat at school I would have never accepted it. I would have asked for my money back but I want be back. I said I’ll try Wendy’s again but I want y’all can keep the food and attitude. Y’all need us as customers we don’t need YALL. Remember that!!!!!!!!!

One of the fastest drive thru ever. Food is always ready before getting to the window . They understand fast food.
