Containers of horseradish, ketchup, Worcestershire, S&P, hot sauce right on the table to create your own masterpiece. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. Service was fast and accurate, friendly servers to take care of you. If you're someone who grew up having clams at HoJo's you will love their clams. Yummy ?
We LOVE Docs...always a couple of times during our stay!
A big compliment to Chance our bartender..he was great! We ate at the bar and service was great! My husband liked his steak and I had shrimp that was good but boy for the prices the presentation was terrible and the sides are ridiculous! Served in small plastic cups..I ordered asparagus and it was 3 dollars more and I think I got 4 spears..my husband had green beans that looked like they came from a can. Prices as high as they are deserve a much better meal.
Oysters where warm, crawfish fingers were warm. Oyster were very small for the price of 24 bucks a dozen. Service was great but they expect a tip of 15, 20, 25 percent simple for putting the food on the table. I spent 105 dollars in a beer , crawfish fingers and a dozen quarter size oysters. O yes I forgot the six world famous shrimp that were pretty good. After reviewing I didn’t see my post.
We got in pretty quickly with our reservations. The atmosphere wasn't very relaxing but great if you're a football fan. I ordered the pick 4 feast and chicken sandwich platter and delicious drinks. The good news was that the fried shrimp was phenomenal, and the gumbo was spicy and good. The crab cake was a little dark(okay burnt) and the stuffed crab was beautiful but mushy inside. Good chicken sandwich and fried fish was hot and fresh. Go when less busy if you can.
