I visited the restaurant at 11:00 when it opened and ordered a junior burrito. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry, likely because it was a day old, and many of the toppings were unavailable. The chips were greasy and lacked flavor, and the salsa had dried out in its container after sitting overnight in the fridge. To top it off, a cup of water for the junior burrito cost $11.00. Overall, it was a disappointing experience!
Would be great if the managers would actually show up for their strata or at least let the workers know that no one is there so that they don't waste their gas or their trips gas, just to find out that they never open. The management in this place sucks and the place has to be closed only if one considers that more than half of the staff does not appear for their shifts, but once a week? That's it!
I ordered a burrito, but they forgot to include the chicken and instead stuffed some spicy chips inside. Thanks for that – it was the best $20 I've ever spent. I ended up feeling very sick the next day. Thank you.
They work to death their employees. Especially cameron... he is there 7 days a week on top of his other 5 days a week job. They don't pay him s t and expect him to work his a off every day. No breaks to himself besides when they tell him he needs to go to another store... pay him what he's worth or he will stop working so hard to please your company....
