Taco Bell - Orange Park

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. While I was there, a woman was eating and seemed to be wiping her nose with her arm, which was quite off-putting. I decided that I didn't want to eat the food from this place anymore and asked to cancel my order, but they refused to give me a refund.

This place is a simple order and they are rude, I even saw someone coughing in food!

They have no idea how to use their own app to take orders. Refused to serve me, after I'd paid for an order. Had to dispute the charge with my bank.

5:45pm she said she was not going to make any more meat because she closes at 7:00 pm. lost 7 orders bad service. it was about an hour and a half to close.

The service at this restaurant is consistently very slow. Typically, there's only one person taking orders, and it seems like they struggle to manage everything, as someone else has to step in to prepare the orders and return with them. My taco had only four tiny pieces of diced tomatoes on it, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, there was trash visible on the floor behind the counter.
