Arctic Circle - Orem

Honestly that's probably the worst shake I've ever had from them I think I'm going to go back to Spanish fork big huge nasty chunks of banana that looked almost rotten in it they didn't blend it up it was runny supposed to be a banana cream pie shake with vanilla wafer cookies and it was far from appetizing I threw most of it in the garbage

Ordered chocolate shake with brownies. Got brownie shake not what we ordered. We told them thrice what we wanted but still got they wrong result.

The ice cream here is pretty good, but it has gotten way to expensive. We got a few shakes and root beer freezes, but the spoons were too rough and scratched our mouths while we were eating. Very disappointing.

We always love this place. But the ma ager should be taking her employees to the back when talking about the till being short. Not co fro ting them in front of customers very rude for the employee to have to be embarrassed in front of customers. She was not quite about the issue either.

Good food and nice staff, absolutely wild that the bathroom is outside though
