During peak dinner hours, only two staff members were working. They seemed to completely ignore customers ordering at the counter.

The HVAC system in the front room of this restaurant needs to be fixed, as it is not cooling properly. The kitchen in the back room probably has the same issue. It is important to invest in maintenance now to avoid costly repairs later on. Without a properly functioning HVAC system, all of the frozen and refrigerated products could go to waste. Thankfully, most customers prefer to eat outside where it is cooler than inside this poorly maintained establishment.
