Fairways Pub - Orland

The food, especially the grouper and mahi mahi, were wonderful and the setting on the patio is beautiful. But the service was worse than non-existent. Although there were very few diners in the restaurant, our server failed in every meaningful respect. She ignored us. We had to go to bar ourselves to get our second round of drinks. (Our server was also at the bar, chatting with two co-workers. The bill presented was completely wrong and unexplainable. Spoiled our experience, and well below our expectations of a Ritz property.

Service was great and food was excellent. I had the brisket grilled cheese and it was delicious. A little pricey but it overlooks the golf course, so it's kind of as expected.

We were so happy to find this gem at the Ritz as we live close by. Parking is free and the patio seating is wonderful with an amazing view. The burger and fish sandwich were so fresh and cooked and seasoned perfectly. The service was top notch. Excellent wine and beer selections too!

Worst food I have ever eaten. Nothing was fresh and the lettuce was wilted. Food at Ritz and JW Marriott was horrid! Stay away from these places.

Great view on 18th green from patio and food was pretty good. Service was confusing as our party of four had appetizers and a drink and two of our party were served chowder and they finished before the other two had a salad and crabcake appetizer. We were the only party in there at 3p on a Tuesday. Not sure what held the kitchen up. In future.. I'd go for a post round drink and then plan to eat somewhere else.
