Randy's Market Deli - Orland Park

The meat was of excellent quality, and the steak was sliced exactly as I requested. The customer service was outstanding, and it saved me a trip to the city.

Make sure to check the website for store hours before visiting. I drove for 40 minutes only to walk in and be told I couldn't order a sandwich—just “not today.” The clerk provided no explanation and simply waved me off. The store wasn't busy at all, and as I sit in my car now, I see it's completely empty. It would have been helpful if the website mentioned that no sandwiches or orders were available today. I can no longer recommend this store.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The meat dishes are very tasty, and they are willing to accommodate special orders. I would definitely rate this place five stars!

The ground sirloin I purchased yesterday had already started to turn brown in the middle. I have no intention of returning to speak with Randy, only to receive a sarcastic remark in response. So, it's goodbye to Randy’s and hello to Freedom Butchers, who truly value their customers and their customers' money!
