Hi, I heard so many great things about the food so I decided to try it. I walked into the Orland Park location. It was one customer there and the cashier was assisting him with a catering order he wanted for another day. Not once was I greeted. No one said I'll be with you shortly or anything. I was there about 10 mins while the customer was trying to figure out the fish he wanted for next week. I understand him being assisted, he was a customer but I was expecting the cashier to at least say just a moment or at least try to put in my order while he was deciding. Instead, I was never acknowledged. I left and went elsewhere. The customer service was 0
