I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Everything was delicious, served hot, and fresh. I ordered a pasta dish, which came with a side salad and garlic knots—absolutely amazing!
The eggplant parmesan was dry, and the sauce tasted like plain tomato paste. I can’t comment on the desserts since they were frozen solid. However, the tiramisu didn’t look appealing at all, and tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts. The cheesecake, on the other hand, looked decent.
Not as good as when they were on mills and colonial. Dont know, maybe I got an off night. Not bad but not that Brooklyn style crust either.
Ordered by Seamless. The order arrived a little early, what I was excited about? until I opened it and a third of the order was missing. They called the restaurant and claimed that the driver had gone out without the missing pieces. They could not reach the driver and said they would send one of their own delivery drivers if they did not return Seamless drivers and that they would call us with a status update. One hour later, no update and no delivery. My fiancée went to the restaurant at the time because we really wanted the missing food we paid for. Of course, the driver showed up when he was gone? no apology from her or from the restaurant, and no explanation why they did not call to tell us it was on the way finally, as they assured us they would. And the restaurant did nothing to make things right would have thrown into something extra for trouble. I think twice before ordering from here. I don't want to do business with a restaurant, it doesn't matter to correct mistakes. Edit: Win Anthony?s the benefit of doubt and ordered again about GrubHub. For the second time in a row, part of my order this time was missing the entire pasta dish ordered for our daughter. I called the restaurant and spoke to a very nice, apologetic gentleman who had the missing article in his hand and left the driver without him? And they were too beaten to send their own van for us, even though we live only a few minutes on the road. If the riders often run out without taking over the entire order, which obviously happens regularly, it seems that the restaurant should do something about it? to keep the order behind the counter and hand it over to the drivers personally? At least they need to do more to make it right with the customer (I was told that they would give me something to compensate for the next time, but this does not really help to eat on our children's plate tonight if I count on a dish for them). Maybe? ll try the restaurant right next time as the food is always good, but it is a shame that they can?t find out how to properly arrange pickup with third-party supplier drivers? most businesses do not have such a common problem with it.
