Cecil's Texas Style -b-q - Orlando

Simply the best BBQ! I've tried several dishes, and every one of them has been amazing. Their food holds up well during travel and is always made with care. Thank you to the takeout staff!

I found the ribs to be too tough and not as tender as I had hoped. The collard greens were overly vinegary, and the green beans lacked flavor and were quite bland. I won't be ordering from Cecil’s Texas Style BBQ again.

The brisket was quite dry, and it would be great to have the option to choose the moist or fatty cuts on the menu. However, the sides were fantastic! We ordered the BBQ beans, fried okra, sweet potato soufflé, and collard greens, all of which were delicious. The Texas Toast was absolutely perfect.

Bland and tough brisket, Texas toast was thin and covered in garlic salt rather than just garlic... was like biting into crunchy ocean water. Mac salad and cole slaw was in a bath of fluid and not too flavorful. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE MAC N CHEESE?!? Only thing Texas about this place was the huge fountain drink. I hope it was just a bad day in their kitchen but I wont bother finding out.

Pork Ribs were great! they didnt send utensils so I wasted the greens
