Charley's Philly Steaks - Orlando

Terrible people. Ordered through doordash and they gave someone else my order. My thoughtful dasher tried convincing them to make another for me and they completely refused. Keep in mind I was waiting an hour prior to this even happening. This same issue with doordash has happened with me in the past, although in those cases the restaurants went out of their way to make up for the mistake. This is not how you run a business! Safe to say I'm never ordering from this location again.

Antonio at the register has exceptional customer service skills and he is very personable! There was a line and I accidentally forgot my wallet in the car. I did not want to get out of line and come back in the back. As stupid as I felt, Antonio let me order and made me feel very comfortable by running out to the car and return to pay. As someone with crippling anxiety, I greatly appreciate his kind gesture. Thank you Antonio! Management, this man deserves a raise <3

The food is great always fresh. Establishment is clean. But what keeps me coming back is the excellent customer service that I'm given. No matter how busy they are I'm always greeted with a warm smile.
