Chipotle Mexican Grill - Orlando

My rice was cold, old and clumpy. They forgot the queso I asked for in my Burrito Bowl. The side of Chips Queso Blanco was 50/50. The chips were really stale, but the queso was good.

The rice in my bowl is hard/ not cooked. Its harder than the tortilla chip. The sauce is too hot. I order a veggie only bowl so I basically paid $20 for lettuce and sour cream.

Caritas was very dry like it had sat in a warmer far too long. Both Burrito were extremely dry

I love chipotle and i use to like ordering from here so much... but lately it has gone downhill. Everytime I order its something wrong with the order. They almost always forget to pack the Tortilla on the Side. Lately they have been barely filling up the bowls they will not even fill it up the half the bowl of the line on the actual bowl and i have actual pictures, you pay almost $30 dollars ordering and they barely fill up the bowls half way. Today was the icing on the cake I couldnt even eat my bowl due tothe fact every bite I would try to take literally tasted like I was eating a spoonful of salt im not sure if they are just messing with my orders at this point but I will not be ordering anymore. I love chipotle and I am a frequent buyer but not anymore.

Came during peaks and service was great. Staff friendly. Management seems to do a good job. Not sure how to write this name... Edwin, but he gave phenomenal service. I know it's not luxury food, but really good work for him and the rest of the staff.
