Kfc - Orlando

The drive-thru experience was frustrating. I waited 30 minutes without being served, and there was no communication from the staff. It was a stark contrast to the Taco Bell next door, where the employees seemed to know what they were doing.

I want to take a moment to thank Ja?lionel and Selest for their incredible help with my order when I encountered an issue. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness, kindness, and amazing service! Thank you!

They usually get everything right, but today was a disappointment. I waited nearly 10 minutes for the dark and original chicken, yet they only gave me two pieces when I ordered a big box meal. To make matters worse, instead of fries, I received mashed potatoes. They had plenty of time to fix the order, but didn’t.

Everyone was nice to me but I didn't get my complete order, I had to go back and they gave me what was missing, They were busy so I guess they forgot few items.

Second time trying this KFC and my last. First time they couldn 't give me a second bowl because they ran out of chicken strips. How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? They also forgot my 2 cookies. Fries were fantastic though and on my drivehome I was thinking about how they could unseat McDonalds as Best Fries. On my second attempt I was looking forward to theFries but was told they ran out of sandwiches. Again, I was very confused. When they handed me my bag I asked, Is everything inhere? Last time you forgot my cookies. to which the employee asked me, Did you even order cookies? Typing this I see how thatcould be insulting and I may lower my score a bit. But I told him not on this order but last time I ordered 2 and received 0.All he did was say uh... Sorry. Have a good night. This time the fries were cold, soggy, and had no flavor. Pitiful crunch aswell all added up to disappointment. So I won 't be returning to this KFC. I 'll stick with Popeyes as I should have done before.
