Ny Bagel Deli Pizza - Orlando

The restaurant served me spoiled beef that had a foul smell and treated me poorly when I requested a refund. I became very ill after eating it.

I visited the Celebration site this morning and ordered a Bagel sandwich and half a dozen cookies. The sandwich was delicious and my friend loved the New Yorker sandwich I brought back for them. I haven't had black and white cookies in years, so I was thrilled to see them on the menu. I will certainly be returning!

So my husband and I went this morning to the Poinciana location , we had an amazing ham, egg, cheese, salt, pepper, ketchup on an onion bagel. Customer service was by far the best we have seen in a while.

I ordered several pizza pies for a my sons birthday and everyone loved them. We are all from Ny and loved the pizza. I even got kudos for not ordering from Marco’s. We had a few repeat guess today and was asked to get the same pizza! Amazing customer service from Melissa and from head cook. Thank you for saving our party. You have new favorite customers.

My visit to this very small but intimate establishment reminded me of my neighborhood pizza shop in Queens. A lot of places here in Florida claim NY like it’s a badge of validation but fall short on authenticity. They don’t have that problem here. It’s not very spacious, not very fancy (but nice and cozy), and straight to the point with what they offer which is good food. If you want NY pizza, if you want authenticity, this is what it is. I can see how some people who grew up here could be slightly disappointed by the lack of bells and whistles, they’re spoiled, we didn’t grow up that way. Good food and a nice atmosphere doesn’t require Disney accommodations. Thank you NY Bagel for giving us a taste of home in the south.
