Had the buffalo chicken sandwich on a baguette and OMG! It was fresh and delicious

This was the last time Ill eat here because both the food and employees belong in the trash. I ordered an egg white sandwich, just to be told they were out of the regular buns so id have to pick another, so I asked for regular untoasted buns for the sandwich. I never heard my name called after 12 minutes (Coincidentally another customer was complaining about their order being wrong as well as waiting for my food) so I checked for the food at the counter and it was just sitting there getting cold. I tried eating it except the buns were toasted, so toasted that they were hard as a rock, so it was thrown out. I went to the cashier to complain but was ignored. If a manager reads this and actually cares (which is unlikely considering the treatment I received) then fire the employee's working here at 9am on April 11th because my sandwich honestly was as hard as a rock and anyone that says it was edible is a liar! I'll never eat here again avoid this place as well unless you want to eat rocks and get screwed over by employees.
