But most importantly you are treated as family A special note are the daily specials offered as they are creative and above all are excellent We recommend you take the time to dine here. Food is made from scratch using original recipes. Full bar available
Food was good. Side items and desserts are expensive. The desserts are made in house. We would go back.
We’ve been going here for quite a while. I’ve learned to always trust the chef and try the specials. Outstanding food. Service is great. Tables are a little cramped but can tolerate that for the food. : This is one of the few restaurants in Orlando that has REAL Spumoni ice cream. They serve it alone or with a cannoli. Highly recommend this place for a great Italian dinner. Enjoy! ??
I’ve been to Italian restaurants before, but what an experience this was. I truly felt like I was part of a family here. It was Friday night and they were busy, but at no time did the hospitality falter. It felt like an episode of The Bear! I truly believed a LOT of care was put into the dishes. Thank you so, so much. The food was great, but what shines is the atmosphere. We ordered a cannoli with 3 spoons and ended up with 3 mini cannolis; not sure if that was just a kind gesture or if it was standard. This place is phenomenal.
First and last time, we ordered kids meals pizza and pasta with meet sauce those were excellent, we got an appetizer with calamari shrimp and veggies, it was excellent except we got no shrimp. Service was polite but extremely slow we had to ask for water and drinks multiple times, we got it the requested items 1/2 the time like some drinks we never got, never got tte bread and olive oil. The restaurant felt super warm and uncomfortable. For meals we got pasta with meat sauce came with enough oil for 10 meals), lasagne had no cheese and was so salty, a frozen lasagna from any supermarket would have been an upgrade, I got the chicken with mushroom it’s literally boiled chicken with obsolete no flavor). We overheard the kitchen staff fighting, really crazy topics, we asked for manager out on the way out for feedback, and it went super bad. Extremely ugly. What’s the biggest mistake restaurants do? The manager is the chef and the chef is the manager… major conflict where feedback is not welcome. The chef and cook that came out were extremely rude, and dismissed our feedback as it us our opinion and I’d not a fact. restaurants like this won’t make it if you continue to operate this way. I also feel for the staff as they deal with abuse, working in a hostile environment, save your time and ick other restaurants, my opinion.
