Pizza Hut - Orlando

I ordered two medium pizzas and some breadsticks for delivery, and it took about an hour for them to arrive, which was acceptable. However, when the pizzas finally got here, they were nearly inedible. It felt like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. They were the flattest, thinnest, and most flavorless pizzas I’ve ever had. The breadsticks were the only highlight of the meal; my wife and I ended up just eating those while criticizing the pizzas. After this experience, I think I'm done with Pizza Hut. Next time, I'll go with Marco's instead.

Ordered pizza for the girls at work as a host ends in bartender Rocco Taco ?s delivery was forced estimate time 45 minutes got there in 30 price was a little higher than usual but I think that?s due to inflation everybody was happy

Delivered my order to the wrong house and they insisted they delivered to the correct address to a lady that asked ?Has this been paid for already?? And when he said yes she told him ?She?s not here right now but I?ll take it.? WOW any person with common sense would?ve detected a red flag. Took 2 HOURS to FINALLY HAVE receive our order. I asked if they would do anything for the inconvenience and they flat out said no, they didn?t care. Also, wings hardly had any sauce on them. Not buying from here again.

BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THE DR. PHILLIPS PIZZA HUT I wish I could give a negative 5. I ordered from my local pizza hut, not Doordash. Yet the manager said she was by herself and had no drivers. Food was delivered by Doordash. Driver didn 't knock or notify me that the pizza was left on the doorstep. The restaurant is located 5 minutes away. When I looked outside 30 minutes later box was crawling with ants. Manager says it 's not her problem. What?! How is this acceptable? This 'manager ' said they didn 't deliver the pizza. Wouldn?t honor the specials online. Came to store, looked on phone to place order. The lady told me that the special was ?online only.? I?m like? ?I?m here? on line see?? She said no. I asked to talk to Mgr. She said that she IS the manager. Terrible customer service, bad experience. Don?t go there!!!
