Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Orlando

The food is great but something seems to be lacking. During the two times Ive ordered from here, there have been missing items and ingredients in my orders. They allow you the option to remove pickles from your chicken sandwich implying that there are pickles in them. I choose to keep them but always got my sandwiches without them. Additionally on my second time buying from here, I ordered a chicken sandwich combo consisting of the sandwich, fries, and a drink but received no drink.

I ordered an 8-piece combo and received 2 dried-out chicken breasts and a few wing pieces. I also requested an extra side, but it only came with half-filled coleslaw. This is the second time this store has let me down, and I'm really starting to lose my patience with it.

I ordered a spicy 3-piece dinner, but instead received a dry 3-piece meal. I'm not sure who owns this franchise, but they really need to get a handle on their operations. I've visited this location multiple times through the drive-thru, and the employees consistently get my orders wrong. It's clear that the owner is indifferent, so I suppose I need to escalate my complaints to corporate to have this franchise reconsidered.

The best popeyes in the opposite of east orlando. I don't eat too much food in the way, but I eat the popeyes biscuit and went to the location and was completely satisfied. I live in a completely different way, but if I bless popeyes again, this becomes the only place I drive! great job!
