Contribuisci feedbackUpdated. Red lobster took care of our problem. Through coustomer service. We will go back. Again. !Our whole dining experience took us two hours. We waited almost an hour for our food for four people. Refills for drinks were terribly slow, when we finally got the food- it was dried out and clearly waiting under a heat lamp. Asked for extra sauce and didn’t receive it, when I complained about the dried out shrimp linguini it came out piping hot (which basically proves it was under a heat lamp the first time). Got the endless shrimp and it took twenty mins in between each refill. And the plates were never taken away, we were drowning in plates and had nowhere to put them. Waiter had no sense of urgency whatsoever and saw him standing around. Nobody looked like they had a clue what they were doing. For $100 to eat here we would definitely expect a much different experience.
Food was great (as almost always). Service was a little disjointed, but that's the price of having new server, overall he did good.
Have to say this place is great. The food was so delicious. Fresh and hot. Thank you, Caitlyn K, for the outstanding service. The wife had the sea food plater. I honestly had the burger . All sooooo good. Thank you

You have to come just for Kevin Bell. This man made our night. It was the night we finally got to celebrate my wife's birthday and red lobster doesn't normally do a gathering of servers and sing happy birthday but he gathered a gang together and made it happen! Such a special night of laughs and amazing food and drinks. Hats off to Kevin! One of the best servers of all time!
