Starbucks - Orlando

The beds and bedding are divine !! Everything you could want is in the room from toiletries to microwave and coffee machine. It’s my favourite hotel when travelling for business or pleasure as it’s so easy to feel at home. Girls on reception are a font of fabulous info to help you on your trip. All staff are amazing. Thank you.

I go here maybe once a month on business and the staff is always friendly and make my drinks consistently. In a world of failing customer service it’s always a joy for me to go here

Excellent property. The staff was very professional and courteous. Rooms were quiet and very comfortable. Gym, pool, Starbucks in lobby and plenty of stores restaurants. Highly recommend this property for your stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Not high end luxury, and not basic either. Just perfect. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay comfortable beds, a kettle, coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room and decorated in a fresh contemporary way. The hotel staff are kind, courteous and efficient and can’t do enough for you. The hotel’s amenities are great too a fantastic large swimming pool with a hot tub, and a large well equipped gym with Peloton Bikes! The lobby has various food outlets: a starbucks, chick fil a, their own restaurant and a bar. The location is fantastic for exploring the Orlando area with plenty of parking and of course it is attached to the Florida Mall! I booked this stay for a family member’s big birthday roadtrip and it was just perfect without being too expensive. Thank you!

We are always weary about coming to a new (to us) starbucks because our drinks are customized and a lot of times, they don't get made correctly. We arrived around 1030am and I ordered on the app before we went inside. It didn't take too long to get our drinks, my husband's was made as an iced drink instead of the hot white mocha and Caroly was very friendly and understanding and apologetic when I pointed out to her the mistake and it was fixed pretty quickly.Most starbucks that I go into that are inside of hotels that I have experienced, always have snooty employees but not this one. Every employee I saw and watched, was friendly and smiled and were hard at work pumping out the drinks as quickly as possible.Caroly was a great employee to have an encounter with, smiling and very nice. I left happy and satisfied, our drinks were great!
