Sus Hi Eatstation - Orlando

I ordered three "make your own" burritos, and it was a really disappointing experience. They cost $20 each, but they barely included any protein and were mostly just rice. I won't be ordering from here again.

I've been a delighted customer at several locations for a long time. Whenever I visit Orlando, I make it a point to enjoy Sus Hi as many times as I can. The deep-fried rolls and bowls are consistently delicious. I also appreciate that they continue to expand, offering even more locations to choose from.

My partner and I used to really enjoy dining at Sus Hi Eatstation when it first opened. We visited at least three times a month, but now we are very disappointed and no longer feel inclined to return. I had to go back to the restaurant to request a replacement for an order because they mistakenly added the wrong sauce and forgot the one I had originally requested. When I returned for a replacement bowl, I noticed that I was also missing lettuce. I was told that the new employee had placed the missing sauce underneath the rice, which is puzzling considering that there are clear options for whether to put sauces on top or on the side of the bowl. This explanation feels inadequate. Additionally, we've had issues in the past where our burritos weren't fried even though we paid for it, which has made us hesitant to trust takeaway orders. Unfortunately, after this experience, this location has lost some loyal customers.

Tried the pork egg rolls with the sweet and spicy sauce the deep fried Su Shi Roll. It may look very intimidating but it is absolutely delicious. Packed with flavor and the perfect crunch. Even with the sauce on top the sushi was still so crisp upon delivery. This is my second time eating from this location I think it?s safe to say delivering great quality food is a standard here. Also I washed this down with a delicious drink new to me the Peach Ramune. It went perfectlywith everything
