It is a modern take with some spices on grill recipes along with chicken and beef. Your menu selection is usually with pork menu elements. The prices are decent for their shares. You have a bar that you can also order adult drinks that is beautiful and has a good choice. All employees were nice, timely and often tended to eat and wait.
We really enjoyed the food. Great service, they had a sauce bar with various BBQ sauces. We enjoyed the cauliflower and wished we had ordered more from their sides because they all looked delicious. The sliders were excellent. I would recommend getting those if you are not sure what kind of sandwich you want. There are three different meats, chicken and brisket. All were very good.
This restaurant is located within Disney Springs/Downtown Disney. The facility is very nice with internal and external seats and a separate bar area. I recommend your check-in first as their process is to get tables, especially the selected reserved. You need to order your food first and then can only go to a table that is marked reserved. However, the crew is coming on things and tables often. You just need to see for larger tables and those outdoors if you prefer it. The menu was good, only they wish more for children and adjustment of things offered. Pretzel came with filling and season that children did not like. Portions are nice and the food we got was hot and good. What she has taken over is that we have eaten exactly when they turned the snow during the holidays. So it really had an outdoor winter vibe, only in 70 degrees weather That was a back to the hard rock that had a line. Great choice. Menu attached.
The Polite Pig in Disney Springs, the definition of American consumerism, was a pleasant surprise. Surrounded by chain shops and restaurants, The Polite Pig was the respite our family needed with great food and drinks. Here is our experience for a Tuesday lunch: 1) Food: To feed a hungry family of three (my wife, my five-year-old daughter and I), we ordered the Butcher Board for $42. It came with pulled pork, smoked chicken (on the bone), brisket, corn bread, Slav and two sides (we baked Mac and cheese and beans). Truly, every dish was really delicious with excellent texture. The winners were the brisket, beans, Mac and cheese and corn bread. BBQ and other sauces are inside. 2) Beverages: For $5, my wife ordered a strawberry frozen cocktail and my Sangria costs $11. 3) Price: For as close to Disney World, the prices were not as bad as we expected! Our bill came under $70 for the three of us to eat lunch complete with drinks. 4) Service: Order inside and take your hive on any open table, including the outdoor tables. The servers then bring your food to you based on a tracker. If you pay in the register, ask you to type. 5) Atmosphere: It is spacious with a bar, indoor kitchen and an outdoor terrace. Although it was busy during lunch, we immediately found a clean outdoor table.
This place has great BBQ. The sharable butcher board was perfect for the two of us to share and try different things. The Mac and Cheese was delicious as were all the meats. The pitcher of Sangria was well worth it. The ceasar chicken salad was quite tasty as well. Worth the stop for sure.
