Wendy's - Orlando

I usually don't make almost food reviews, but this place is the worst. in the run of 2 months, the scanner was fixed for its reward app and several times they have switched from breakfast to lunch (not 1 to 2 minutes early either) this wendy 's is on the way to work, which is why I have given them so many chances that my house is absolutely amazing and has never probleme and has great service.

This situation seemed to be less and less customer-centric. they are quite fast for the journey through, but hardly acknowledge them. they simply put their hand for their payment and then over their pocket from the window without saying a word.

I was with other Wendy’s and stopped going about a year after the worst service to wendy’s. this Wendy’s was on the spot! the host on the reception is under angennie. I'm not sure if that's the manager or the auto-dru visitor, but regardless of that, both were so nice to me. my food was hot! my pommes were hot! and my special one was not forgotten. many thanks to wendy's team that they make this a great meal. I will definitely be back to this place.

Most employees were great a few months ago. but these new children have no manage and do not even check the bags that leave burgers from their order. waste your time, please train these children.

So after a long day we made this Wendy's our choice for dinner ! Let's start off with rude staff ! Hispanic female who took my order needs to work on social skills ! Patrick needs management training! Oh and to top it off !!! Items missing out of the bag ! Wait just a second I forgot to mention scanner broken so I could not redeem coupon's.... And the cherry on top they couldn't print a receipt either ! Stay stay away from this location !!!!! Ps... missing two items out of the bag! Keep it. Y'all eat it !
