Botta - Ormont-Dessus

Go there by nice weather and it’s simply stunning. Book a table in advance specially if you are more than 2. When you pay 80 CHF for a return ticket on the cable car per adult you don’t expect such a nice restaurant with reason able price but it is nice and reasonable! The staff is really nice and friendly, service is prompt and the view absolutely fantastic.

We were positively surprised by the fantastic menu choice, the excellent execution, the prices were very reasonable (for Switzerland) and the service was friendly and professional despite the restaurant being nearly full. the food was outstanding and the portions generous.

This restaurant is located at the top of the arrival cableway terminal and has incredible 360 degrees views over the valley and the glacier. The room is not too big and quiet, which is rare of ski restaurants. We were a group of 6 andwere astonished by the quality of the food (we ordered a pretty wide range of foods: steaks, rotis, veggies, peperonata, desserts). The quality is definitely top notch and it is relatively good value for money considering the location.

A great place to chill after exploring various attractions at Glacier 3000. The restaurant is easier to access by lift (at the 4th floor). Service is very welcoming with good ambience and great views of the mountains at both sides of the restaurant.

Ein Fenstertisch mit Blick auf Hunderte schneebedeckte Berge, einschließlich Mont Blanc und Zermatt. Das ist himmlisch. . . . . und das Essen ist auch gut.
