Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Orrville

Dairy Queen was slammed after the second grade spring program at school this evening. They did very well for being so busy! The employees were patient and kind! Thank you for being so AMAZING even when slammed! We appreciate you!

Today I took my mother in law out for lunch (she has Alzheimer’s) and to buy a birthday cake. It’s her 93 rd birthday today. The staff there went above and beyond for her. I was so blessed by their kindness and compassion! One staff member brought our cake and lunch out to the car for me too. Thank you so very much DQ!!

Went and got a burger, cheese curds and an ice cream and the cheese curds were still solid the burger was cold af and it's safe to say the ice cream was the warmest item I received.

Usually get good food and service but it wasn't like most nights. I was disappointed they didn't have order correct and then wanted to give my 92 yr old friend an attitude about wanting an ice cream cone he was paying for. It kinda upset me on this one. It was the 1st thing we ordered and was understanding they may not of hears but the attitude wasn't needed.

Very nice remodel of dining room. Long overdue. Had burgers, fries and shakes. Fries were hot, golden-brown and delicious.
