I fancy myself a chifrijo connoisseur. Their version is exceptional. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the location is very convenient for a visit to whale’s tail. But I go out of the way to get chifrijo.
We found this little gem right outside of Marina Ballena National Park. We loved both their food and smoothies! The staff were both friendly and kind! We ate here twice before asking Chef Ronald if he would come to our home and teach us(all 8 of us! how to cook a traditional Costa Rican meal! He agreed(and charged a very fair price! and we had the most magical and delicious and laughter-filled evening watching the sunset, learning how to take CR home with us, and eating the best mahi mahi Casado in Costa Rica. Thank you, Chef Ronald and family, for giving us the very best memories(and FOOD! during our time in Uvita! We hope to visit you again soon!
Food was good (great burger! And shrimp). Drinks were lovely. Moderately priced. Fernando's (next door) was a bit better food and cheaper (and outdoor seating); but both were good.
Wonderful ceviche....full of beautiful fish,oysters,shrimp...fed three of us as an appetizer....drinks were 2 for 1 happy hour. Service was friendly and quick ......will return
