That's my favorite cheese in the valley. I think it's the sweetest in the taste. it is a beautiful and simple walk from the village cari. follow the signs. the family business is very friendly. I come here with my family every year. we buy cheese and enjoy a delicious meal with a great view of the valley. for the reviewers who say it is expensive. it's Switzerland. the Swiss is expensive, but the quality is excellent. last week I had polnta with molten gonzola. it was a big part and a price of $15 franc. it was delicious. dishes range from 12-24 franc. I also bought different cheese to enjoy during the week.

We were a big group and at the end the bill was also a big one. at the end missing 7 francs, because it was not so easy to collect the money and we asked for a little discount. the owner yelled at us, was very rude and told us to go back to where we come from. not pleasant in all pampering our meals we went away as unhappy customers and gave him his money. this would not have happened in italia eating is not the special, expensive for what it is and certainly I will not return
