However, the journey was definitely worth it. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We tried the soup of the day, a flavorful spicy carrot soup served with bread and butter, all for only NOK 105. This was less than half the price of the soup at our hotel.
Had breakfast; a scone and a bagel with brie and chorizo. I haven 't even tasted the scone yet, but the bagel made me post this instantly. 10/10, and should have a sign saying even way better than it looks!!
Pust is simply one of the coziest nicest café in Oslo. First of all, it's none of these big chains like Kafebrenneriet or Espresso House, so here you can feel the autheticity of the place. Then, the café menu is nice ; their matcha latte is a proper matcha latte ; and the cakes salads taste good without being expensive. The place is so cozy that it is sometimes (almost always) packed. Lots of students chill or homework there, so yes, it's also a nice place to work or study from.
The coffee is incredible, and take it from me, I'm Italian! The ambiance is incredibly calming and serene. The service is top-notch.
I love spending time at this restaurant. I've visited a few times and each time has been a pleasant experience. They have a nice variety of pastries, salads, and excellent coffee. The staff is friendly and happy to chat while preparing your coffee. The atmosphere is very peaceful, making it a great place to relax. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Oslo.
