Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Osoyoos

This is hands down the worst dq I 've ever been to, i moved to osoyoos about 7 mths ago from a bigger city and was very happy to see there was a dq here in osoyoos as its by far my fav goto fast food but omg have I ever been disappointed.Whether its a shortage of staff ie:Literally 1 staff member during high volume times, or no staff member to be found anywhere in the restaurant or kitchen as my gf and I stood waiting to order for over 5mins until I poked my head in the kitchen and called hello multiple times b4 anyone responded.And the food is Terrible I 've worked in all levels of restaurants for the last decade and a half and know for a fact the cheeseburgers are microwaved, the onion rings, fries and gravy is often cold and or stale and the blizzards are so poorly mixed there are no bits of anything past the halfway mark.Like I said im disappointed in all aspects of this establishment and wish it wasn 't so, as like I said I love dq but it looks like ill only be eating it on trips to penticton.

The Banana Split Blizzard was made terrible..when the young man handed it to me,he tipped it to the side veryquickly for fear it would fall out! It was a light pink color as the pic shows, not a creamy light mocha that you usually get. I called up there, an he was quite rude and said l made it right! and hung up.You have lost my business! Employ quality people, who know what they are doing an who know how to communicate to customers in a helpful way..not in a defensive way.

Hot food came out cold and our blizzards were half melted when we got them. Service was super slow and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. The place was busy and not enough people working there.

Extra star for accepting points but lost a star for not accepting Amex.Off the main strip, nice and clean.A few choice seats outside by sidewalk.Peanut buster parfait is the way to go!
