The steak was cooked to perfection and easily one of the best I’ve ever had—better than Peter Luger! I’ve tried most of the steakhouses in NYC, and this one surpassed them all. The creamed spinach and mushrooms were also superb, and the service was outstanding. Even the choice of music was fantastic!

New years in a beautiful steakhouse. simply too ridiculously loud music from no reason when we asked her if she could easily be turned off, the waiter simply replied “not possible”. eating was pretty good, but I called ahead to make sure our vegan friend could eat. I was told we were in order. she was given a platelet of plain salate. it was not advertised as a club atmosphere in this night, but if it had been, we might have chosen another place.

The venue is beautiful. chairs are very comfortable. the server was attentive and friendly. the menu was filled with many beautiful options, even if they don't want steak. the food was brought out on warm dishes. servier sizes of appetizers were generous. the lobster was tender and tasty. the steak was cooked as we like it. the quality of the food was very good, so that spicy were mild. there was no need over the season. the music was played on a good level. the two things I would change are the musical decisions and the great size of the fried calamari. they were still delicious. everything else was perfect! we would go back.

The food was outstanding overall. For appetizers, we tried the Canadian bacon and it was great, as were the crab cakes. The Caesar salad was good, but unfortunately, the fried calamari missed the mark—it was too gummy and not crispy at all. They did offer macaroni and cheese, even though it wasn’t on the menu, and while it was very cheesy, it wasn’t exceptional. The Brussels sprouts were good, as were the cream of spinach, mashed potatoes, and sautéed onions. I had a massive lobster tail which was quite good, and we also ordered a steak for three that was excellent, along with two steaks for one, all of which were cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place!

The food was excellent. Service was inattentive… one dish was supposed to be grilled/submitted as broiled and when brought to their attention there was no effort made to correct the mistake It took an excessive amount of time to take a drink order. Dinner was almost 3 hours on a weekday and the restaurant was not busy.
